Cons
Position is based on budget (can be cut). Supervisors at the Management level lack peer and communication training, Lack of accountability for fear of reprimand, and inconsistent disciplinary actions. Unequal opportunity for OTJ training, advancement, job shadowing, cross training, one-on-one mentoring, and fast track to manager program. Very clicks (this coming from a well-liked all-employee who went through the fast track). The quality vs quantity ratio is not level. They will blackball you, be careful.
