Pros

Benefits, kind management, understanding management, vast learning opportunities

Cons

There is little room for advancement, learning doesn't count as points for advancement, leadership programs don't count towards points for advancement, most jobs require you to know more than you need to hire instead of training, Black Belts do not help in advancement because they don't add points when applying for other jobs. If applying for a leadership job that is intermediate, they require you to have already had subordinate experience.
