      Working for the department is very flexible. Most of the people are very friendly and caring.

      Cons

      The job never stops. When your sick, on vacation, ect. it never ends. Your not encouraged to take time for your family or self. The atmosphere of the workplace is very toxic.

      8-4:30 M-F schedule Easy to take time off Front load PTO to make managing time off easier Hybrid work schedule

      - Minimal accountability - Pay is well below national average - Pay for Performance standards are near impossible to “exceed expectations” - Double standards is the standard - Promotions are slow, so don’t expect to move up fast
