      Holidays off, good people, most want to do a good job.

      Cons

      culture is terrible, typical "state employee" mindset. Leaders are not good managers of people and have little interest in changing. Lots of "friends" get promoted over qualified talent.

      - Minimal accountability - Pay is well below national average - Pay for Performance standards are near impossible to “exceed expectations” - Double standards is the standard - Promotions are slow, so don’t expect to move up fast
