      Finally got livable wages 2 years ago... But, now limiting overtime and constantly on call.

      Cons

      People making the decisions have zero experience in the field. Haven't hired off the street in 3 years and HR has bogus excuses for not hiring and refuses to understand why we are behind.

      8-4:30 M-F schedule Easy to take time off Front load PTO to make managing time off easier Hybrid work schedule

      - Minimal accountability - Pay is well below national average - Pay for Performance standards are near impossible to “exceed expectations” - Double standards is the standard - Promotions are slow, so don’t expect to move up fast
