I have been with the company just over a year and have already been offered multiple training and development opportunities. I have been trained as a Mental Health First Aider and I have participated in a Train the Trainer programme. I was made really welcome when I joined and got an amazing first impression - this impression has maintained and I am extremely happy with my working environment.Following the COVID-19 outbreak, we worked from home for a really long time. Flexible working allows me to maintain a work-life balance whilst working from home. Offices are now open and extremely safe. Overall an amazing place to work!
