Great company culture. Managers are helpful. Startup like environment.

The team I worked on, even though it worked on great tech, the tech is quite old. The employees should try to keep up with latest tech.

Tensilica has interesting technology and is unique at what it does. It is easy to keep a good work and life balance there but I think this comes at the cost of its financial success. There is not a lot of energy there and I believe most people are more interested in family life balance then making the company a true success. Successful companies usually get there by hard work and long hours. Most people put in a 40 hour work week and then go home.
