I have worked and transferred with this company, take what you read on here with a grain of salt. Every state is run by a different team of managers. Management styles can vary. Pay is based upon cost of living so it can be different from state to state. If you work hard and have a good attitude managers will make sure there is work for you.

Cons

If you dont like manual labor this could be a negative. I make a fair wage at the stores i work at.

Mmm you got to see the place you work in first and decided if there is anything good bout it. I’d say the people I met for a short time

Cons

A disgrace to detailing overall. Save your time and go work somewhere else, they lie to your face bout your rate and then pay per car is so cheap. A barista is making more than you, they don’t even have a solid chemicals they use, 3-4 chemicals they use, not one spot remover. Towels are old and used again, and never rotated out for fresh, scratch cars left and right. It’s a cheap business. So unorganized, I was hunting for air tools and or tools
