Pros

Work with your hands, fast paced (sometimes). Managers are friendly and mean well.

Cons

Pay, Commision with no base pay. If you take a lot of time on vehicles, either because you do a thorough job or get a really dirty car, you will end up making near minimum wage. Equipment at some locations is not well maintained. Culture is... Meh.

Mmm you got to see the place you work in first and decided if there is anything good bout it. I’d say the people I met for a short time

Cons

A disgrace to detailing overall. Save your time and go work somewhere else, they lie to your face bout your rate and then pay per car is so cheap. A barista is making more than you, they don’t even have a solid chemicals they use, 3-4 chemicals they use, not one spot remover. Towels are old and used again, and never rotated out for fresh, scratch cars left and right. It’s a cheap business. So unorganized, I was hunting for air tools and or tools
