Not really any I can think of other than if you’re a manager you can decide your schedule but then again not really.

Cons

Way under paid for the work and Constantly changing your pay on top of that, inconsistent in management, don’t appreciate employees, and over work you with nothing in return. And forget it if you or your family get sick, they don’t care if you’re puking your guts up or had surgery and have been cut from side to side, they want you there.

Mmm you got to see the place you work in first and decided if there is anything good bout it. I’d say the people I met for a short time

Cons

A disgrace to detailing overall. Save your time and go work somewhere else, they lie to your face bout your rate and then pay per car is so cheap. A barista is making more than you, they don’t even have a solid chemicals they use, 3-4 chemicals they use, not one spot remover. Towels are old and used again, and never rotated out for fresh, scratch cars left and right. It’s a cheap business. So unorganized, I was hunting for air tools and or tools
