Cons

The management is so out of touch, forgetting the workers they keep on after a company buy out have prior and existing partnerships with the dealerships they have already worked for years prior. That and if you inherit a problem employee, where his work has been so aweful and brought up multiple times, I don't care who his father is, you fire him. Instead, we risk losing the contract with the dealer and thus ALL our jobs, because of a problem they refused to handle.

Mmm you got to see the place you work in first and decided if there is anything good bout it. I’d say the people I met for a short time

Cons

A disgrace to detailing overall. Save your time and go work somewhere else, they lie to your face bout your rate and then pay per car is so cheap. A barista is making more than you, they don’t even have a solid chemicals they use, 3-4 chemicals they use, not one spot remover. Towels are old and used again, and never rotated out for fresh, scratch cars left and right. It’s a cheap business. So unorganized, I was hunting for air tools and or tools
