Very laid back environment with some good people here and there

Cons

They show no respect towards associate detailers. You’re managers/superiors constantly go in the system and steal your hard earned hours. Time is money and they take everything. Pay is never explained or discussed so it’s a shot in the dark. Little to no pay. Complete 75-100 cars in 2-3 weeks for only $700. That is not worth it. No a/c, no heat, terrible management, no sense of belonging, severe favoritism, discrimination, and constant disrespect from everyone you work with. This company is nothing but awful in every facet.

Mmm you got to see the place you work in first and decided if there is anything good bout it. I’d say the people I met for a short time

Cons

A disgrace to detailing overall. Save your time and go work somewhere else, they lie to your face bout your rate and then pay per car is so cheap. A barista is making more than you, they don’t even have a solid chemicals they use, 3-4 chemicals they use, not one spot remover. Towels are old and used again, and never rotated out for fresh, scratch cars left and right. It’s a cheap business. So unorganized, I was hunting for air tools and or tools
