Good starter job to teach you about the industry and learn new skills.

TL;DR There are times you’ll spend days deep cleaning one fur covered muddy truck for $10, just to hear you missed a water spot under the wheel well. After the initial training period, the hourly rate ends and you work for commission only. Your still expected to work your full 40 hour work week, even when there’s low demand. Pay rate per car is between $2-$10. Also you have to do shop clean ups that is unplayed leaving less time to make commissions.

Mmm you got to see the place you work in first and decided if there is anything good bout it. I’d say the people I met for a short time

Cons

A disgrace to detailing overall. Save your time and go work somewhere else, they lie to your face bout your rate and then pay per car is so cheap. A barista is making more than you, they don’t even have a solid chemicals they use, 3-4 chemicals they use, not one spot remover. Towels are old and used again, and never rotated out for fresh, scratch cars left and right. It’s a cheap business. So unorganized, I was hunting for air tools and or tools
