Not a lot other than it’s a job

Cons

It’s all piecework so your paid per car, and even then the pay isn’t worth the time you spend on a detail. Management is terrible, they don’t listen to advice from you or get you working equipment. I had no working shampooer, steamer or power washers the entire time I was there. Was fired because I asked for a working steamer to get a stain out and then the manager disparaged my name to the sales people after I had left the store and sabotaged the car I was working on making it look worse than it was after I had spent 4 days on it and they constantly forgot to give me my mandated lunch break

Mmm you got to see the place you work in first and decided if there is anything good bout it. I’d say the people I met for a short time

Cons

A disgrace to detailing overall. Save your time and go work somewhere else, they lie to your face bout your rate and then pay per car is so cheap. A barista is making more than you, they don’t even have a solid chemicals they use, 3-4 chemicals they use, not one spot remover. Towels are old and used again, and never rotated out for fresh, scratch cars left and right. It’s a cheap business. So unorganized, I was hunting for air tools and or tools
