Ever since old CEO Oliver Ratszenburger's mess, teams have been pushed into more and more crunch mode with lower head counts. Also they tend to be very behind on current tech stacks. When most companies had phased Python 2.7 we were still mainly using that until our Cloud Service Providers forced us to migrate. Along with a general aversion to using Open Source software vs making everything in house. Really bad politics between teams with bad Silos between teams. Most teams would not know of each other products, and would be stuck in their own little island without knowing what the rest of the company is doing.
