1) Teradata has a good working environment.
2) Management is quite supportive.
3) Leave and CLC policies are best than any organization.
Cons
1) Variables/SCP/CIP policies are complicated.
2) Less onsite opportunities.
3) Avg hike in salary.
4) Cafeteria facility is not up to the mark.
