Pros

Some good technology, they're in a good space and leveraging their strengths in a very competitve arena.

Cons

Very "box" centric, not solution centric. They always seem in a rush to close a big deal focused around the product, but not as focused on defining the overall solution to be delivered in conjunction with services. Services often takes a back seat to the sales team.
