      There are opportunities for travel (but due to COVID it might be difficult this time) Great Workplace Culture - people are very supportive of you Everyone's Competent Company really cares for employees

      Cons

      Slow career progression for those that are not "visible enough" - i.e. Achievements might be overlooked
