Pros

Some genuinely talented employees and strong individual contributors who work hard despite organizational challenges. Good exposure to the industry and opportunities to learn through navigating complexity.

Cons

The company has become increasingly management heavy, with multiple layers of leadership (VP, SVP, Director) that often create more meetings, approvals, and reporting structures than actual business value. Decision making is painfully slow and disconnected from the realities faced by employees doing the operational work. The employees don't know what all these senior management level people do. They do not engage with their own staff. There is a noticeable gap between leadership growth and investment in frontline teams. Hiring expensive leadership while employees are struggling in every way possie. Employees are frequently expected to take on expanded responsibilities without corresponding compensation, title alignment, or clear advancement opportunities. Internal growth can feel inconsistent, and role expectations are not always aligned with experience or workload.

Pros

Large office with lots of variety and people are friendly

Cons

HR is a weird place and there seems to a lot of people that have been there a long time leading to stale ways of doing things.
