Pros

I’ve been working with TeraRecon for a couple of years now and I can safely attest that the company holds itself to a very high standard. They respect their employees in both time and wellbeing and always make sure that everyone is taken care of. TeraRecon is a company that values their employees because they know their employees make them valuable. In terms of product, TeraRecon makes sure that nothing is done half way. While every agile business has to make compromises, the ones we make are never at the expense of the customer. As someone with experience in the medical field I have to say that I greatly respect the amount of time we spend with physicians in making sure that the tools are both accurate and valuable in the workflow.

Cons

One thing about TeraRecon is that they are very distributed across the world but only have a few US offices. The drawback is that many people then work from home. This is not necessarily a con but it does make it difficult to meet with people face to face. If you are a traditional person then TeraRecon may not be a good fit for you, since they are not a traditional company.

Pros

The Terarecon team that holds on to hope and passion for the products and customers.

Cons

Everything ConcertAI/SymphonyAI. Toxic leaders, no support for employees, inability to listen to or retain valuable employees. The owner is past his prime and makes awful business and leadership decisions. He outsources most development to India, where the work product is suboptimal and only hires toxic leaders.
