Pros

None, keep looking for a different job. There are few if any days out of the year that you will go home happy with your life's choices.

Cons

Everything, from the management, the lack of communication, them rushing everyone through everything so you can't complete the work well, the worthless overpriced benefits, the low pay for the extremely life risking work. It's terrible and they think you're superman. They are required to make you take company policy training even though they don't want you to, because then you know what's illegal in the company, but then they go way outside the handbook and make you do things that they could get in serious trouble for. And they get very upset if you try to argue or say something can't be done. It's a bad company with bad management, pay, work, and benefits and you're not allowed to have a life. You must be there by 6:30a.m. And a lot of times don't get home until at least 5p.m. They rip off every customer they ever sign and then it's taken out on you when you're just trying to Do your job. Inspectors work on commission and will tell people whatever they need to to sell the job, and then that's never relayed to you as the worker who needs to perform all this work and then the homeowner wants answers and you get to look stupid and nobody in the company cares enough about anything but their money to Do anything about it. Do yourself a favor and look for a better job!

Pros

The interview itself was professional, and the position initially appeared to offer strong career potential. The compensation package, company vehicle, and advancement opportunities were what attracted me to apply in the first place.

Cons

The hiring process was excessively long, impersonal, and poorly communicated. I was repeatedly told the company was excited to have me join the team, yet I was never given an opportunity to discuss or explain my background before being rejected. Communication consisted almost entirely of generic, copy-and-paste emails, leaving me feeling like another number instead of a person.
