Pros

Own vehicle with gas card. Overtime. Benefits. Some training opportunities. Customer service skills. New environment every day.

Cons

High turnover rate. Toxic and unethical leadership. Was told at interview that we worked one Saturday a month; however we were practically forced to work 6 days a week. Lack of work-life balance. Late caall sessions twice a week as well as morning meetings that affect schedule. Harassed by management and was constantly lied to. Current customers despise the company. Leadership encourages employees to lie in order to make sales. Lack of communication between salesmen and servicemen; to include managers. Leadership displayed favoritism. Do NOT work here and save yourself the headache.

Pros

The interview itself was professional, and the position initially appeared to offer strong career potential. The compensation package, company vehicle, and advancement opportunities were what attracted me to apply in the first place.

Cons

The hiring process was excessively long, impersonal, and poorly communicated. I was repeatedly told the company was excited to have me join the team, yet I was never given an opportunity to discuss or explain my background before being rejected. Communication consisted almost entirely of generic, copy-and-paste emails, leaving me feeling like another number instead of a person.
