Pros
Company truck. Descent pay, but with the hours worked your pay is actually about 11.00 per hour. 10-12 hours per day.
Cons
No training, zero support from upper management , you are told that you need to work on numbers but do not give you any training on computers or how to do your job, they also hire people with zero experience in pest control but have them manage techs. Very long hours with no balance of family time and work. You will be on call every 2 weeks depending on how big your office is. They say one thing and practice another . THEY DO NOT HAVE YOUR BACK.
