Pros
Possible to make good money. The company is willing to invest in safe practices and needed equipment to do the job.
Cons
Very difficult to make good money consistently. Have absolutely NO CONTROL over your income as it relates to when you get paid for work completed, event hough this directly affects the amount of commission a job might pay. Management is very disjointed and isolated from corporate and although culture change "rollouts" are quite thorough in the beginning as it relates to sending a consistent message, follow through is at the local branch managers discretion and leads to alot of problems and confusion. It's very difficult to know what the right thing to do is, especially when receiving such mixed messages. There is absolutely no accountability here, at any level but the lowest.
