Cons
High turnover rate due to the fact that the company is unorganized and the structure of operation is haphazard. A good number of the computer terminals that employees had to use to do their job did not work, and one had to get to work at least an hour early in order to find a parking space and a working terminal to use. Management acted oblivious to any problems and would ignore what was brought to their attention. Supervisors were frequently away from their desks so when new hires needed help there was no one they could turn to. Supervisors also frequently broke rules such as no cell phones and no eating on the sales floor. They would also disband sales campaigns and force employees to choose crappy schedules on alternate sales campaigns, then restart the disbanded campaign after the permanent employees were redistributed, then bring in a ton of temps to restart the formerly disbanded campaign which caused further competition for working terminals. Opportunities for advancement were based on how much management liked a person individually rather than on performance or experience.
