Pros

If you're a people oriented person who is extremely fortunate to be able to defuse any tense situations with people this is the job for you. Paid company truck and gas Pays decent on hourly and if you fit criteria number 1. Most tools/ equipment is supplied Great benefits Consistent starting hours take home company phone

Cons

Terrible end time hours at peak season. Go in at your regular start time that it would take for you to be at your first stop at 8 but on a busy day you can be off when its dark. Management listens to feedback but doesn't act upon it, especially district management. They'll hold company meetings with distressed employees listen to their feedback and nothing will be done. Expensive equipment to complete the job efficiently and effectively will be scarce unless you pay for it yourself out of pocket. Production pay is garbage unless you meet the minimum criteria of 3 stars out of 5. Extreme levels of stress about customers and pay towards the end of the month Customers contacting you through the day and night essentially making you on call to handle issues Customers volatility can cause a pay cut to occur based on ratings( substantial pay cut anywhere from 500-1500 Training is very minimal, sometimes youre thrown to the wolves and told to make it work and just read if you have any questions. Turn over rate is massive due to pay scale and work load. (pay doesnt match the amount of effort needed to do the job)

Pros

The interview itself was professional, and the position initially appeared to offer strong career potential. The compensation package, company vehicle, and advancement opportunities were what attracted me to apply in the first place.

Cons

The hiring process was excessively long, impersonal, and poorly communicated. I was repeatedly told the company was excited to have me join the team, yet I was never given an opportunity to discuss or explain my background before being rejected. Communication consisted almost entirely of generic, copy-and-paste emails, leaving me feeling like another number instead of a person.
