Terminix is the BEST pest control company to work for hands down! The training process is amazing, I have been in the pest control industry since 2016 and I have to say this was the most in-depth training I have received. Management is great and VERY supportive, my direct manager always makes sure i'm on the right path to accomplish my goals. Structure of management is amazing, you will always have a support system. If you are committed and treat this opportunity as a career you will have great potential for growth within the company. I have worked here a little over a year and I can already see different avenues open for me at Terminix. Terminix has the most lucrative pay plan in the pest control industry. Depending on how motivated you are, you have a lot of opportunities to make money. For example, you have your salary plus commission plus monthly incentive bonuses in certain regions (TAKE ADVANTAGE OF EVERYTHING!). I was able to afford a home and have a financially sound future. Something else that impressed me are the benefits, the medical insurance is unbeatable, you have many choices to choose from and all the options are affordable and great, they tailor it to you. I absolutely love working here and I am grateful I found a career and look forward to new opportunities that may lie in my future.
