Pros

There’s no such thing as pros with this company

Cons

Corporate doesn’t care that they hire liars who will trash someone’s reputation in the blink of an eye. There are people in charge of some of these branches that have LIED about their job title and abilities at previous companies and then are put in charge of others and have a laundry list of complaints from their last positions. They belittle women, people of color, LGBTQ, Latin American, and older associates. They have bullied people into quitting or stepping down. Even the regional management have engaged in such behavior. Don’t try and file a complaint with corporate because they will go on a witch hunt until either they figure out who you are or who they think filed the complaint and come down on them unprovoked. And corporate will do NOTHING! They don’t care that there’s an anti retaliation agreement as one of the companies standards. Stay away from this company as a professional and even more so as a customer! They cut so many corners at the bequest of the management team (mostly Branch and Regional level) to make money for the management bonus and to look good at a the branch level. Shame on this company for how it destroys people and what they have worked for…

Pros

The interview itself was professional, and the position initially appeared to offer strong career potential. The compensation package, company vehicle, and advancement opportunities were what attracted me to apply in the first place.

Cons

The hiring process was excessively long, impersonal, and poorly communicated. I was repeatedly told the company was excited to have me join the team, yet I was never given an opportunity to discuss or explain my background before being rejected. Communication consisted almost entirely of generic, copy-and-paste emails, leaving me feeling like another number instead of a person.
