      work life balance, great benefits, fair pay, fair commission, good medical

      Cons

      lacking leadership in some areas, seems like a lot of the department leaders are more concerned with meetings than they are the agents they supervise, schedules are not flexible

      Good job enjoyed working with the branch, the sales team and the technicians

      Once bought by rent a kill it became a very hard company to work for
