They supply you with all tools you will need for success including an intense training program for new hires to learn the ins and outs of the pest game. They make sure your equipment is in good working condition. Also supply you with a vehicle to drive to and from home so your not putting miles on your own vehicle. Annual trip for top performers and weekly training meetings to keep you sharp and on top of your game.
Cons
Customer care representatives will overbook your days in the busy season. You sometimes will feel overwhelmed and that makes it hard to stay on schedule.
