Great company to work for! - Branch Manager Terminix Triad Employee Review

The overall atmosphere here is amazing. Everyone has made me feel like I’m right where I’m supposed to be. The management and leads have always made me feel like they actually care about my growth as a PMP. I love what I do and can see myself retiring here. The longer I’m here the more passionate I get about Terminix. I can truly say I love my job.

There aren’t any in my opinion. My mindset is to stay positive and make the best out of every situation.

No pros when I was there

A terrible company in my opinion. Cult like and strange culture is what I experienced. The pay was horrific due to reservices (ask about these in your interview and don’t let them dodge the question) I have concerns about integrity with contracts being signed for you while you’re not even there that day. High sales pressure Strange (in my opinion) prayers during company meetings that praise God for giving the CEO wisdom. EXTREME tardiness and absence policies, way worse than any company I’ve worked at. You can be written up for being 1 minute or less late.
