Collaborative and respectful culture Upper management cares Great compensation package Low turnover and lots of long-time employees

Cons

Company is rapidly growing so there are growing pains. Some areas are heavily loaded/under-staffed. HR does a fantastic job. Not a functional issue, but more market issue.
