Pros
Interviewing with TerraPower was a pleasant surprise ... but having the opportunity to work as part of the TerraPower family was a great opportunity. I have never seen a company in the nuclear field with a similar type of culture, based on friendliness, respect and trust. I really thought being a nuclear engineer equates to being abused and overworked ... I am happy that I was proven wrong.
Cons
Not enough elements of good project management and project control. At this point we are following a certain vision, but without a rigorous project control and project management processes in place, we might regret this later on.
