Pros
We have both manufacturing and new product development here on site, Terumo has a strong company culture that values respect and collaboration, we are growing quickly and continuing to develop new and innovative products. The people are awesome to work with!
Cons
The location is a bit out of the way - it's centrally located, but for folks who want to live in a larger city or who live in PA or NJ the commute can be on the longer side.
