Pros
Good people that try to keep the plant moving forwards. Company has finally started to advance older systems
Cons
Silos within departments that will not work together? Management by committee has stifled decision making at lower levels. Many projects without proper human resources to complete all the work or change of plans until the staffing is adequate. High turn over rate in management and mid levels the last year.
