Pros
There are a lot of good people at TCVS. The type of work was enjoyable.
Cons
Management is clueless in trying to solve problems. One can only be successful if you are a "Yes man." Letting project managers drive your people into the ground is horrible, Band-aiding solutions actually takes more time and money than to just fix the problem in the first place.
