Pros
Was a good company to work for before the FDA consent decree with good work-life balance and room for professional development.
Cons
Lack of support from middle management. when it was essential to provide good leadership and direction to engineers on important R&D projects. Upper management is not focused on new product development and is more concerned about recertification with the FDA and over burdening engineers with extensive and more complex SOPs that essentially prevent completion of projects on time.
