Have to beg for training, be it on products or professional training. No career training or advancement opportunities for foreign employees, only Japanese management with very poor language skills and even worse professional cross-cultural abilities. Extremely difficult communication and thus troublesome business dealings. Initiative is not encouraged. Absolute Bureaucratic organisation.
