Pros
The opportunity to come in to a small (400M) but rapidly growing organization and to not merely execute someone elses' strategy but to help build the strategy is a great one. Further, if you prove yourself capable you can and will be recognized with opportunity and promotions.
Cons
This is NOT an organization where you are told what to do and how to do it. You need to be comfortable finding your own way. That said, there are clear goals and objectives to strive for.
