Pros
Good benefits, most co-workers good to work with/helpful. Investment to a new ERP/MRP system but the investment was far too late.
Cons
Not a great office environment to work in. Very outdated. You were on top of other workers. Felt that upper management offsite did not have a complete picture of our team and work performed. Very old computer system - lot of spreadsheets utilized. Have heard upper management have chosen to close this location and outsource to Costa Rica.
