Pros
Lots of young people and want to engage in activities outside of work and keep the work atmosphere enjoyable. The job itself is good to start with.
Cons
Management at TCVS can be difficult to deal with. Hard to be promoted which makes it hard to see yourself at this job long-term. Definitely was underpaid and it was hard to try to move into a different department. They often overloaded you with projects and seemed surprised when projects were not completed on time.
