Not as transparent as they claim - Manager Terumo Employee Review

-Executive team has not been transparent. -You are expected to work over-time as Terumo is very low in resources (since they had a lot of layoffs) and company expects you to still accomplish all projects on time (after the layoffs). -They don't recognize people who are quiet but work hard organizational-wise. They usually recognize people who talk a lot like they know a lot (but actually don't know much and don't work much) for small accomplishments - it is all about who you know; not what you do.
