Pros
So welcoming, helpful managers and peers , pay isn't bad , our department is having a decrease in need overnight and they are handling it amazingly . Everyone gets to keep their job and most get to keep same hours. Also all jobs will be under our pay amount but they are letting us keep our current pay because we are being forced to move. Also they gave us a wish list to chose our top 5 choices to try to give us what we want.

Not many cons. I actually can't think of cons. Maybe breaks not being long enough.
