Tescra is a good place to start your career which gives you lot of exposure and enough freedom to perform the tasks, offers a very flexible working environment, Work Culture, & onsite oppertunities.

Cons

The management is very open and have taken employees suggestions for what ever cons they are facing at present. Expecting for the improvement soon.

- less hierarchy and bureaucracy - 100% flexibility if you are a performer - very competitive salary and appraisals - suitable for competent and ambitious individuals as its is a comparatively smaller/growing organization

Cons

- internal communication can be better - chances of surviving is extremely low if you are slacking, Margin of tolerance is low for bad performance - only for the solid performers as expectations are pretty HIGH - not enough branding

Pros

The project was good but the team was unprofessional, the team was also not diverse. After hiring I was told I was hired because the team thought I was from one of their clans in India.

Cons

Responsibilities shared were very different from what i interviewed for. Also the company is not diverse and caters to only one kind of clan. It maybe Tescra or the client that is trying to promote and include only telugu people.
