employee friendly environment, open door policy of the management, supportive staff, less hierarchy,overall an excellent place to work for.

Cons

the management has to concentrate on providing more resources to its employees , but this cannot be taken as a con , because it is not a major issue to be talked about.

Pros

- less hierarchy and bureaucracy - 100% flexibility if you are a performer - very competitive salary and appraisals - suitable for competent and ambitious individuals as its is a comparatively smaller/growing organization

Cons

- internal communication can be better - chances of surviving is extremely low if you are slacking, Margin of tolerance is low for bad performance - only for the solid performers as expectations are pretty HIGH - not enough branding

Pros

The project was good but the team was unprofessional, the team was also not diverse. After hiring I was told I was hired because the team thought I was from one of their clans in India.

Cons

Responsibilities shared were very different from what i interviewed for. Also the company is not diverse and caters to only one kind of clan. It maybe Tescra or the client that is trying to promote and include only telugu people.
