Pros
To be frank there are NO Pros as of I know to work in this company.
Cons
Employees are not paid properly. Nothing much to learn from a technical point of view. Product requirement changes almost every day. CEO handles the products requirements and the developers have to wait till 10 or 11 PM from 9:30AM until he finishes his all chores (He handles multiple sister companies and also runs a training institute and trains around 200 students in one batch, it looks like a flock of sheep)
