Pros

As a developing professional, I have found Tevora to be a great place to start and become established within the industry. There's a lot of room for growth within Tevora, including but not limited to, certification aid, job promotions and on the job training for employees and interns. Tevora builds its employees up and never shies away from providing employees with education opportunities. Tevora values not only its employees but the Orange County community as a whole. They've been active in countless philanthropic events and nonprofit organizations. More pros: Flexible work schedule, community-like culture, very sociable, tons of snacks, cereal, fresh fruit, unlimited La Croix, bagels and lunch provided every Friday, big client names, and unbeatable benefits.

Cons

A great place to work. None.

Pros

I’ve worked at several cyber companies over the course of my career, and Tevora stands out for the quality of the people and the collaborative culture. The team is genuinely smart, supportive, and committed to doing great work for clients. As an Account Director, I’ve had the opportunity to work with some incredibly well-known brands across a wide range of industries. The exposure to different environments and challenges keeps the work interesting and accelerates learning in a way that’s hard to replicate elsewhere. One thing I appreciate is the level of ownership you’re given. If you’re proactive and want to build something, leadership is supportive and encourages initiative. The company is also full of people who genuinely care about cybersecurity and about helping clients succeed. It’s a place where strong performers can grow quickly, build deep expertise, and have a real impact.

Cons

Like most consulting environments, the pace can be fast and client demands can fluctuate, so you have to be comfortable balancing priorities. But if you enjoy solving complex problems and working with talented people, it’s a rewarding environment.
