I’ve worked at several cyber companies over the course of my career, and Tevora stands out for the quality of the people and the collaborative culture. As an Account Director, I’ve had the opportunity to work with some incredibly well-known brands across a wide range of industries. The exposure to different environments and challenges keeps the work interesting and accelerates learning in a way that’s hard to replicate elsewhere. One thing I appreciate is the level of ownership you’re given. If you’re proactive and want to build something, leadership is supportive and encourages initiative. The company is also full of people who genuinely care about cybersecurity and about helping clients succeed. It’s a place where strong performers can grow quickly, build deep expertise, and have a real impact.

Like most consulting environments, the pace can be fast and client demands can fluctuate, so you have to be comfortable balancing priorities. But if you enjoy solving complex problems and working with talented people, it’s a rewarding environment.
