      Pros

      At 1st I thought the people you worked with was good but only had trust in 1 person he was a good Christian guy enjoyed working with him and helping him out! But the others Snakes in the grass!!!

      Cons

      Sometimes I felt as if the lead person was setting me up very sneaky and blamed me for something I didn’t not do no coaching on new hire errors supervisor was young and lead man was old and the lead man talked junk about sup behind his back about how he didn’t know nothing. Not the best at communication.

      Pros

      Most of management is very young, directly out of college. This makes for a great spot to meet people and make professional acquaintances.

      Cons

      A severe lack of experience makes for a highly stressful work environment. Middle and upper management make little effort to address problems with appropriate resources. Most egregiously, there is no tolerance for attempting to lead a Mennonite lifestyle, despite adhering to all published employee guidelines.
