      No opportunity for a raise. Demanded overtime. Running out of work since last year. Stand around for 40hrs doing no work

      Pros

      Most of management is very young, directly out of college. This makes for a great spot to meet people and make professional acquaintances.

      Cons

      A severe lack of experience makes for a highly stressful work environment. Middle and upper management make little effort to address problems with appropriate resources. Most egregiously, there is no tolerance for attempting to lead a Mennonite lifestyle, despite adhering to all published employee guidelines.
